Well, i read the Rules about getting asked for LS#E but what to do to get noticed by Admin?

In general you just have to be a good player who knows well how to play LS.
What lowers your chances is violating the server rules and any kind of rude/retarded behavior. There are a few examples of really good LS players who haven't got the account for such reasons.
What increases your chances is joining our community (IRC/forum) or asking some admin in game, incidentally, after a long and good game with him. (Yeah, I know what rules say, but an admin on the server is pretty rare view nowadays)
